At Jay Bird, we prioritize your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products being cosmetic and personal care items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened products. We're committed to ensuring you find the perfect fragrance for your grooming needs, so we offer a unique 30-Day Fragrance Satisfaction Guarantee.

Fragrance Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with the fragrance of your purchased product, you can exchange it for a different fragrance within 30 days of purchase. This is a one-time exchange and applies only to full-sized products. To take advantage of this guarantee, please contact our customer service team with your order details.

Refund Policy:
If you choose not to participate in the fragrance exchange, you may return your unopened, unused product for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Please note that once products have been opened and shipped, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds. 

We encourage you to consider keeping the product for yourself, or gifting it to a friend or family member, rather than returning it, as we cannot resell any opened items.

Sample Packs:
We encourage you to purchase our fragrance sample packs prior to buying full-sized products. These samples allow you to experience our selection of fragrances before committing to a larger purchase, ensuring your satisfaction.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
